The Seizure of the Royal Crown Jewels into Trust
Whereas, in July 2005, you have previously been petitioned upon to provide adequate legal counsel funding to your wards of state for the purposes of determining a fair and adequate resolve to specific issues of endangerment to life, as prevailing through governing offices within your mandate; and, that you have denied in letter form this petition; and, further, directed the claimant’s attention to the offices of your regional affairs representative – who further displaced your responsibility to another internal governing body, without providing any resolve in these matters.
And, further, that these same life-threatening issues do continue to prevail upon children, contrary to the Human Rights Charter of the United Nations and associate Charters.
And, therein, noting our original Notice of Intent deadline for your adequate response as being a limit of 90 days from the dispatch of the said notice; with a declaration that, in the event of your failure to adequately respond, that we shall proceed before courts of competent jurisdiction to seek your Royal Crown Jewels to be ceased and held in trust until such time as you do comply with the terms and conditions of the original petition for legal representation funding.
